129 Persons who share in profits or have beneficial interest in reopened credit contract, consumer lease, or buy-back transaction (1) If it appears to the Court that any person has shared in the profits of, or has any beneficial interest in (whether prospective or otherwise), a reopened credit contract, consumer lease, or buy-back transaction (whether or not the person is a party to the contract, lease, or transaction), the Court may make any orders concerning that person that it thinks fit. (2) This section does not limit section 127 . Compare: 1981 No 27 s 14(2)
