Section 2 — Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003: Commencement

2 Commencement (1) This section, section 1 , subpart 3 of Part 3 , section 138 , section 141(2) and (3) , and Schedule 3 come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. (2) Part 1 (other than this section), subpart 4 of Part 2 , Parts 4 and 5 , and sections 132 to 137 come into force,— (a) for the purpose of applying those provisions to buy-back transactions, on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent; and (b) for all other purposes, on 1 April 2005. (3) The rest of this Act comes into force on 1 April 2005.
