64 Initial disclosure of consumer lease (1) Every lessor under a consumer lease must ensure that disclosure of as much of the information set out in Schedule 2 as is applicable to the lease is made to every lessee under the lease before the lease is made. (2) Every lessor under a consumer lease must ensure that a copy of all of the terms of the lease not disclosed under subsection (1) (other than terms implied by law) is given or sent to every lessee under the lease (a) before the lease is made; or (b) within 5 working days of the day on which the lease is made. (3) For the purposes of subsection (2) , the copy of the terms of the lease must be given or sent in the same manner that disclosure is made under section 35 .
