95 Miscellaneous provisions concerning Court's general power to make orders (1) An order under section 93 may be made on the application of the Commission or any party to a consumer credit contract, guarantee, consumer lease, or buy-back transaction. (2) An application for an order under section 93 may be made at any time within 3 years from the time when the matter giving rise to the application occurred. (3) An application made by the Commission for an order under section 93 may be made on behalf of a person or a class of persons. (4) Nothing in section 93 or this section limits or affects the Illegal Contracts Act 1970 .
