Section 190 — Crimes Act 1961: Injuring by unlawful act

190 Injuring by unlawful act Every one is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years who injures any other person in such circumstances that if death had been caused he would have been guilty of manslaughter. Compare: 1908 No 32 s 206
