Section 324 — Crimes Act 1961: Attendance of witnesses at substituted Court

324 Attendance of witnesses at substituted Court Where any witness has been summoned to give evidence at the trial, or has been served with a notice to attend under section 181 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 , the Registrar of the Court of committal may give notice in writing to that witness of the change in the place of trial; and service of that notice on the witness shall have the same effect as if it were a summons to give evidence at the substituted Court.
