Section 334 — Crimes Act 1961: Further particulars

334 Further particulars (1) When any further particulars are delivered pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this Act, a copy shall be given without charge to the accused or his solicitor. (2) The further particulars shall be entered in or attached to the Crown Book; and the trial shall proceed in all respects as if the indictment had originally contained the further particulars. (3) In determining whether further particulars are required or not, and whether a defect in the indictment is material to the substantial justice of the case or not, the Court may have regard to the depositions.
