344D Jury to be warned where principal evidence relates to identification [Repealed] Sections 344B to 344D were inserted, as from 11 December 1982, by section 2 Crimes Amendment Act 1982 (1982 No 46). Section 344D was repealed, as from 1 August 2007, by section 215 Evidence Act 2006 (2006 No 69). See clause 2(2) Evidence Act 2006 Commencement Order 2007 (SR 2007/190).
