365 Question to accused when undefended Where any accused person is not defended by counsel, then, on the completion of the examination of the witnesses on the part of the prosecution, the following question, or words to the like effect, shall be addressed to him by or under the direction of the Court, that is to say: “ Do you wish to give or call evidence? ” Compare: 1908 No 32 s 422
