Section 75 — Crimes Act 1961: Evidence of treason

75 Evidence of treason (1) No one shall be convicted of treason on the evidence of one witness only, unless the evidence of that witness is corroborated in some material particular by evidence implicating the accused. (2) Nothing in subsection (1) of this section shall apply to treason within the meaning of paragraph (a) of section 73 of this Act. Compare: 1908 No 32 s 96(1); Criminal Code (1954),
