Schedule 6 Interception warrant s 312D(1) [Repealed] Schedule 6 was inserted, as from 1 August 1987, by section 5 Crimes Amendment (No 2) Act 1987 (1987 No 167). Schedule 6 was repealed, as from 1 February 1998, by section 24 Crimes Amendment Act (No 2) 1997 (1997 No 93).
