Section 103 — District Court Act 2016: Examination of witnesses and service of process overseas

103 Examination of witnesses and service of process overseas On an application made in accordance with the rules, the court may— (a) issue a commission, request, or order for the examination of witnesses overseas for the purpose of any proceeding: (b) direct and supervise the service overseas of any process of the court.
