Section 108 — District Court Act 2016: Trial by Judge

108 Trial by Judge (1) In all proceedings brought in the court, the Judge is the sole judge and must determine all questions of fact and law. (2) However, nothing in this section affects the power to make rules authorising the Registrar to exercise jurisdiction and powers conferred on the court by this or any other enactment.
