Section 116 — District Court Act 2016: Finality of judgments and orders

116 Finality of judgments and orders (1) A judgment or an order of the court is final and conclusive between the parties. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to this Act, any other enactment, and the rules. Compare: 1947 No 16 s 63
