Section 121 — District Court Act 2016: Proceeding in High Court on judgment or order of District Court

121 Proceeding in High Court on judgment or order of District Court (1) A proceeding may be brought in the High Court on a judgment or an order of the District Court. (2) Costs may be awarded to the plaintiff in the proceeding only if a Judge of the High Court is satisfied that the proceeding was necessary and proper to enforce the judgment or order against the person or property of the defendant.
