Section 124 — District Court Act 2016: General right of appeal

124 General right of appeal (1) This Part applies to a decision of the court, other than a decision of a kind in respect of which an enactment other than this Act— (a) expressly confers a right of appeal; or (b) expressly provides that there is no right of appeal. (2) A party to a proceeding in the District Court may appeal to the High Court against the whole or a part of a decision made by the District Court in or in relation to the proceeding.
