Section 125 — District Court Act 2016: No appeal if agreement that decision would be binding

125 No appeal if agreement that decision would be binding (1) An appeal may not be brought if, before the decision of the court, all the parties to the proceeding agree in writing that the decision will be binding on them. (2) This section overrides section 124 . Compare: 1947 No 16 s 73
