Section 130 — District Court Act 2016: Enforcement proceedings

130 Enforcement proceedings For the purposes of enforcement proceedings, a judgment or an order of the High Court under section 128(1)(a) or (b) or under section 129(2) must be treated as if it were a judgment or order of the District Court in which the decision appealed against was made.
