134 Judgment or order in nature of injunction, etc (1) This section— (a) applies to a judgment or an order in the nature of an injunction; and (b) applies to a judgment or an order within the competence of the court that, if it were given or made in the High Court, could be enforced in the High Court by a writ of arrest; but (c) does not apply to an order for the recovery of land. (2) A judgment or an order to which this section applies may be enforced, by order or warrant of a Judge, by detention for a term not exceeding 3 months. Compare: 1947 No 16 s 79(2)
