Section 135 — District Court Act 2016: Discovery order

135 Discovery order An order of the court made under section 105 (which relates to pre-commencement discovery) or section 106 (which relates to discovery against a non-party) may be enforced, by order or warrant of a Judge,— (a) by detention for a term not exceeding 3 months; or (b) by a fine not exceeding $1,000.
