Section 137 — District Court Act 2016: Judgment or order for delivery of specific chattels

137 Judgment or order for delivery of specific chattels A judgment or an order for the delivery of specific chattels may be enforced, by order of a Judge,— (a) under a warrant for the recovery of chattels; or (b) by detention for a term not exceeding 3 months; or (c) by a fine not exceeding $1,000.
