Section 170 — District Court Act 2016: Offence of rescuing goods seized

170 Offence of rescuing goods seized (1) A person who rescues or attempts to rescue goods seized in execution under a warrant to seize property commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $300. (2) A bailiff or a constable may arrest the person referred to in subsection (1) with or without a warrant. Compare: 1947 No 16 s 87
