Section 182 — District Court Act 2016: Application of section 181

182 Application of section 181 (1) Section 181 applies whether or not any of the following conditions of the deposit or account has been satisfied: (a) a condition that notice must be given before any money can be withdrawn: (b) a condition that a demand for payment must be made: (c) a condition that a personal application must be made before any money can be withdrawn: (d) subject to subsection (2), any other condition. (2) Section 181 does not apply if it is a condition of the deposit or account that a deposit book, deposit receipt, or other similar document must be produced before any money can be withdrawn and that condition has not been satisfied.
