183 Liability to deliver or disclose deposit book, deposit receipt, etc The rules may— (a) require a person who is in possession of a deposit book, a deposit receipt, or any other similar document relating to a deposit or an account of a judgment debtor to deliver it to the court: (b) require a person who knows the location of a deposit book, a deposit receipt, or any other similar document relating to a deposit or an account of a judgment debtor to disclose it to the court.
