Section 185 — District Court Act 2016: Variation or discharge of charging order

185 Variation or discharge of charging order (1) The court may vary or discharge a charging order at any time. (2) An order discharging or varying a charging order may be registered or recorded in the same manner as the charging order. (3) There must be no fee for the registration or recording of the discharge or variation of a charging order. Compare: 1947 No 16 s 96A(4), (7)
