Section 193 — District Court Act 2016: Power of Judge to order discharge

193 Power of Judge to order discharge (1) A Judge may at any time order the discharge of a person detained under section 192 if the Judge considers for any reason that the person should be discharged. (2) The order may be made on the terms, if any, that the Judge thinks fit, including a term that the person may be further detained if the terms of discharge are not complied with.
