194 Warrant for recovery of land (1) The court may issue a warrant (a warrant for the recovery of land ) authorising the bailiff or the constable to whom it is directed to give possession of the land to the person named in the warrant. (2) In executing the warrant, the bailiff or constable— (a) may take possession of the land; and (b) may use force if necessary in obtaining entry; and (c) may be assisted by others as the bailiff or constable thinks necessary; and (d) may give possession to the person named in the warrant; but (e) is not required to remove goods or chattels from premises on the land.
