Section 199 — District Court Act 2016: Immunity of Judge, etc, when warrant illegally obtained

199 Immunity of Judge, etc, when warrant illegally obtained No proceeding or action may be taken against any of the following persons by reason only that a warrant for the recovery of land was issued on the application of a person who at the date of issue was not lawfully entitled to possession of the land: (a) the Judge who made the order for the issue of the warrant: (b) the Registrar who issued the warrant: (c) the bailiff or the constable who executed the warrant.
