20 Exercise of jurisdiction The jurisdiction of the court may be exercised by— (a) a Judge; or (b) if authorised by this Act or any other Act or by the rules, a Registrar or any person authorised to carry out the functions of a Registrar. Compare: 1947 No 16 s 40
