Section 202 — District Court Act 2016: Warrant for recovery of chattels

202 Warrant for recovery of chattels (1) The court may issue a warrant for the recovery of chattels on the application of a person who has obtained a judgment or an order for the recovery of specific chattels. (2) The warrant must require the bailiff or the constable to whom it is directed to demand and seize the chattels referred to in the warrant, if they can be found by the bailiff or constable, and to deliver them to the person named in the warrant.
