Section 222 — District Court Act 2016: Prescribed documents to be sealed

222 Prescribed documents to be sealed (1) A document that is of a prescribed class and that is issued by the court must be sealed with the seal of the court. (2) A document sealed under subsection (1) must be received in evidence in New Zealand without further proof. Compare: 1947 No 16 s 116
