Section 226 — District Court Act 2016: Constable must assist court or Judge

226 Constable must assist court or Judge (1) Every constable must assist the court or a Judge in the execution of duties imposed upon the court or a Judge by this Act or any other Act. (2) A constable who neglects or refuses to assist as required by subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000. Compare: 1947 No 16 s 121(1)
