Section 229 — District Court Act 2016: Application of rules

229 Application of rules The court may, on application by a party to a civil proceeding or on its own initiative,— (a) determine a question in the proceeding about the application of the rules or the High Court Rules 2016 ; and (b) give any direction it thinks fit in the interests of justice.
