Section 232 — District Court Act 2016: Regulations providing for postponement of fees

232 Regulations providing for postponement of fees (1) The Governor-General may, by Order in Council, make regulations authorising a Registrar or Deputy Registrar to postpone the payment of a fee pending the determination of— (a) an application for the exercise of a power specified in section 231(1) ; or (b) an application for review under section 234 . (2) No fee is payable for an application for the exercise of a power specified in subsection (1). Compare: 1947 No 16 s 123(1)(bc), (2)
