242 References to Family Courts In any enactment, unless the context otherwise requires, and with any necessary modifications (including modification to grammar),— (a) a reference to “a Family Court” , “any Family Court” , “every Family Court” , or “Family Courts” is to be read as a reference to “the Family Court” , except where the words are part of the phrase “Family Court Judge” ; and (b) a reference to a particular Family Court is to be read as a reference to a particular office of the Family Court (for example, a reference to “the nearest Family Court” is to be read as a reference to “the nearest office of the Family Court” ); and (c) in a heading, a reference to “Family Courts” is to be read as a reference to “Family Court” .
