257 Name of principal Act changed As from the commencement of this section,— (a) the Disputes Tribunals Act 1988 is called the Disputes Tribunal Act 1988; and (b) any reference in any enactment and in any document to “the Disputes Tribunals Act 1988 ” must, unless the context otherwise requires, be read as a reference to “the Disputes Tribunal Act 1988” .
