34 Remuneration of Chief District Court Judge, principal Judges, and permanent Judges The Chief District Court Judge, each principal Judge, and each permanent Judge must be paid, out of public money, without further appropriation than this section,— (a) a salary at the rate determined by the Remuneration Authority; and (b) allowances (if any) as determined by the Remuneration Authority; and (c) any additional allowances, such as travelling allowances or other incidental or minor allowances, as the Government determines.
