61 Remuneration of acting Community Magistrate For the period that an acting Community Magistrate acts as authorised under section 59 , the acting Community Magistrate must be paid the salary, fee, and allowances determined for a Community Magistrate under section 60 . Compare: 1947 No 16 s 11H(4 )
