69 Powers, etc, of deputy bailiffs A deputy bailiff, under this Act and any other Act, has the same powers and privileges, must perform the same duties, and is subject to the same penalties and provisions as if he or she were a bailiff. Compare: 1947 No 16 s 16(2)
