Section 93 — District Court Act 2016: Determination of question of law by High Court

93 Determination of question of law by High Court (1) A Judge may order that a question of law in a proceeding in the court must be determined by the High Court. (2) The High Court has the same power to determine the question as the District Court. Compare: 1947 No 16 s 45B
