1 Interpretation In this Schedule, unless the context otherwise requires,— former Act means the District Courts Act 1947 judicial officer means a Judge, an acting Judge, a Registrar, a Deputy Registrar of a District Court or a Community Magistrate proceedings includes actions and matters.
