Section Sch3-2 — District Court Act 2016: Judicial officers to continue in office

2 Judicial officers to continue in office (1) This clause applies to every person who is a judicial officer under the former Act immediately before the commencement of this clause. (2) A judicial officer to whom this clause applies continues to hold his or her judicial office under the conditions of his or her appointment.
