Section 141 — Employment Relations Act 2000: Enforcement of order

141 Enforcement of order Any order made or judgment given under this Act by the Authority or the Court (including an order imposing a fine) may be filed in any District Court, and is then enforceable in the same manner as an order made or judgment given by the District Court.
