Section 168 — Employment Relations Act 2000: Oath of office

168 Oath of office Each member of the Authority must, before entering on the exercise of any of his or her functions as a member of the Authority, swear or affirm before a Judge of the Court that the member of the Authority will faithfully and impartially perform his or her duties as a member of the Authority.
