Section 198 — Employment Relations Act 2000: Registrar and officers of Court

198 Registrar and officers of Court (1) The chief executive may from time to time designate such number of employees of the Department to act as Registrars of the Court as may be required, and appoint such other officers of the Court as may be required. (2) Subject to section 153(6) , an employee designated under subsection (1) may also hold any other office or position in the Authority or the Department. Compare: 1991 No 22 s 111
