Section 211 — Employment Relations Act 2000: Statement of case for Court of Appeal

211 Statement of case for Court of Appeal In any matter before the Court the Judge may, of the Judge's own motion, or on the application of any party, state a case for the Court of Appeal on any question of law arising in the matter, excluding any question as to the construction of any employment agreement.
