Section 242 — Employment Relations Act 2000: Enforcement of existing individual employment contracts

242 Enforcement of existing individual employment contracts (1) Every individual employment contract within the meaning of the Employment Contracts Act 1991 that is in force immediately before the commencement of this Act continues in force according to its tenor and is enforceable in the Authority or the Court. (2) Part 6 does not apply in relation to any individual employment contract to which subsection (1) applies.
