28 Registrar of Unions may seek directions of Authority (1) The Registrar of Unions may apply to the Authority for directions relating to the exercise of his or her powers, duties, or functions under this Part. (2) An application must be served on all persons who, in the Registrar's opinion, are interested in the application.
