Section 30 — Employment Relations Act 2000: Offence to mislead Registrar

30 Offence to mislead Registrar Every person commits an offence and is liable on conviction by the Court to a fine not exceeding $5,000 who does or says anything, or omits to do or say anything, with the intention of misleading or attempting to mislead the Registrar of Unions.
