36 Appointment of committee to recommend codes of good faith (1) The Minister may appoint a committee for the purpose of recommending to the Minister 1 or more codes of good faith. (2) The membership of the committee must comprise— (a) at least 1 person who represents unions; and (b) at least 1 person who represents employers' organisations; and (c) such other persons as the Minister thinks fit to appoint. (3) The Minister must appoint the same number of persons under both subsection (2)(a) and subsection (2)(b) . (4) The chairperson of the committee is the member appointed by the Minister to be the chairperson. (5) Subject to any directions given to it by the Minister, the committee may determine its own procedure.
